Tammy is super unprofessional and RUDE with tons of attitude! Booked 2 appointments through Groupon for my mother and sister , texted her what the appointments were for and we agreed on the time and day. When my mother and got there she was told that one appointment would be done for the scheduled time (5pm) and the other would be done 2+ hrs later because she had booked another client in between . That was NOT communicated at all. When my mom called me to talk to Tammy since I was the one who scheduled the appointments Tammy was very rude and said that I had agreed to that (which I never did) when I told her I have the screen shots of me confirming the appointments and her telling me the times which was @5pm!!! She said “I thought I had told you “ and hung up. After that when it was finally time to get to my mother who wanted the hair cut , blow dry and balayage Tammy said she was going to do only partial highlights and since that’s not what my mother wanted she made her wait about

We wanted something both tricky and simple, basic washing and conditioning, while detangling and trimming an 11-year-old's thick and tangly hair. I wish we'd gotten the name of the stylist for sure — Tea? — was very attentive and careful, my child felt cared for and grateful.
