Had an amazing experience. Sonu she is amazing. Very friendly and positive. She do amazing eyebrows, waxing, facial. Geeta do amazing hair cut. One of the best experience. Very good customer service.

The rates are good and eyebrows was decent, but I wouldn’t come here for hair unless you have patience to deal with their attitude. I had booked a keratin treatment, and my lyft navigated me to the wrong salon in a different part of town. I called Beauty spot to let them know, and rerouted the lyft -after they said it’s ok when I told them I’ll face 15 minutes delay- then paid through my nose for all the rerouting to come here. I come here, and the lady has casually taken another customer, and asks me to sit for another 25 minutes. She didn’t bother valuing my time or telling me this will happen when I called, or I could have gone home and rebooked. They don’t value our time, is my takeaway. Edit: thanks for your response, but let us not manipulate the truth here. I called when I was getting late, specifically asked you if it is still ok to come with an estimate of exactly when I would reach, and you said yes.
