Alice has messed up my nails twice now. The first time I had to come back because the color on my acrylics was peeling off not even two days after she did them. The second time I asked for French tip and the clear part of my nail had these weird ridges and when I told her she did not fix it. I have been coming here for over a year now and it's always subpar work.

Alice does a great job on my dip manicures. She’s very good about checking to make sure that I like the length, shape.etc during the process. My manicure lasts a good 4 weeks without chipping or lifting.

I had the most Racist experience of my life. I walked in a a walk in and 2 people were served before me. I asked for a simple service of soaking off my acrylic nails and a manicure. The First Lady passed me off because another white client came in and asked for a full set. The lady walked in with no appointment and she told me that her appointment is here so someone else will take of me. The 2nd lady rushed the process even though I told her that she was hurting me so she could take another white walk-in client. I didn’t even get the manicure because the lady told me she was done. As a visitor and African American woman, I have never felt so disappointed and disgusted. Plus I was charged $15 for this horrible treatment. Only white people are welcome here.
