I love the staff and quality of work done here.
I went in with high expectations after reading the reviews. I left completely disappointed. It was my first time as a new client. The stylist that I had an appointment with asked me what I wanted. I told her what I was looking for. Afterwards she immediately told me she only had 1.5 hrs and wouldn’t be able to do it. I said okay & asked her then if she could just add some color and do a touch up. All she did was bleach the front section of my hair blonde and left the rest of my hair as is(which is dark brown). My hair looks all wonky now. Now I have to look for another stylist that will able to repair the damage that was done as the holidays approach within this same week. Services: Haircut, Hair highlighting, Hair coloring
