I called Maribou Salon and Extension Bar at Palladio to set up a Halo Hair Extension consultation with Sydney. I ordered a Halo Pony and a 16" Halo Original. They arrived in less than a week! They called to set up my second Halo consultation to show me how to put them in. It was so easy! I love having the freedom tp put in my hair pieces when I want extra volume. I can take them out for yoga and other activities!

If you are a person who values customer service then this might not be the place for you! My hair got colored all fine, can’t complain about that. However some confusion occurred around the appointment time-slot, where I was given a slot of half hour later than what was reflecting at the salon system. I would have considered and overruled it as a minor inconvenience, but- I had to do a lot of convincing to get myself accommodated because- 1. It was not my fault, 2- I had planned and taken time out to work this appointment around my personal commitments and going home without hair service because of this entire goof up would have been my loss completely. But the way staff handled this goof up was so disappointing. They were not ready to accommodate and on top of that they were absolutely unapologetic about it all. I had an appointment for hair touch up + hair cut. I was set free with hair touch up and wet hair. I mean if it were my business I would have asked some other girl not occupie

Charged 50% more than the quote and couldnt do what was booked for. Appointment was for haircut and partial coloring , yet somehow only top hair was done, no sides. Bad experience!!
