I went and saw Van for my eyelashes on November 12 at noon. This was my very first experience with professional eyelash extensions and I was referred to Van by a women at my gym. Van was on her phone for the entire sixty minute appointment and for the last thirty minutes she was eating her lunch while applying my lashes. Moreover, she burped over my head which I found really unprofessional. Then at the end when she went to take off the safe pads, she realized she had glued my left eye shut and had to shave off part of my lower eye lashes. To make matters worst, six days later and one of my eye lashes do not look good at all. I called the salon and the receptionist told me to directly contact Van to whom he believed would fix the problem. Therefore, I sent her a lengthy text message explaining how my lashes were not staying on and how I was concerned since I followed her instructions to not get them wet or touch them.
