Been coming here for awhile. Have known the family for years now and they're very kind people. Great cuts and good prices. They take appointments as well. Cash Only.

The people who run this business are very unprofessional, i have had multiple bad experiences with this shop! The last bad experience was the worst, i had an appointment with the owner and when i arrive for my appointment i am told that the lady had a last minute thing and she had to leave... that she migth be coming back within the hour. So i decide to leave my number so they can call me back to reschedule, i never got a call! It always seems like they are not caring of certain peoples needs! They don’t prioritize nor do they have the common sense to call their customers to cancel appointments..!? Everytime im in there it gives me the feeling that they dont care about the customers, in the end if they loose 1 or 2 customers they still will have hundreds more to come! This is not how a business is ran, so these people should get some kind of customer service training prior to opening a hair establishment. Will not be returning!

I got my hair dyed and cut and she did it exactly how I wanted it! She may be busy but she knows what she's doing. I expressed my many concerns about trimming my hair but keeping the length, she listened really well and paid attention to my needs. Now my hair looks super healthy. I would only trust Veronica to do my hair from now on!
