Erica is a very bad manager. The store is a mess they have products in the wrong place and won’t honor pricing on their mistake.

I love going to here. They almost always have the selection I need and if they don't in a couple days it comes in. I buy all of my skincare products here as I know they are the true brand rather than scams you can run into online. The free membership is nice too to get money back here and there. I plan to save up more points in the future to get some money off of a perfume I want.

Edit: i talked to the manager a while back and forgot to update! They were able to help me out and i stop by the area often to see this ulta specificly now! A woman asked to look into my bag, i believe it was racial profiling. I am brown I was asking about perfume and had two people helping and i asked about if they had any sweet perfumes and the nice worker left to get a coworker who knew more about perfume to help me while she was gone i was looking at perfume and a guard came up to me and said my bag looked nice then came back a moment later and asked to look in my bag. Absolutely rude ????
