Absolutely the WORST experience I have had at a salon. The staff had no clue we had an appointment and when they finally figured it out, they (with attitude) told us to return in one hour. They refused to acknowledge their error. I would never trust these people with my hair. They never once said they were sorry.
Great experience! I made an appointment and asked for whatever stylist would be available. They are open late on Thursday & Friday, so I was able to book starting at 5. Hans was very sweet and fun to talk to. He did excellent work and got rid of the brass from my previous at home hair touch up. I got a partial highlight and the color is beautiful and easy to manage. Plus, the cost was very affordable. Less than $100 that included toning and blow dry. Awesome place!
