WORST HAIRCUT OF MY LIFE! The lady last named Thompson screw it up, terrible experience. She should be fired from the barber. Tried to rush through it and push me out of the door as fast as she could. Could not care less about client’s hair. DO NOT COME TO THIS BARBER IF YOU DON’T WANT YOUR LIFE TO BE SCREWED. THIS PLACE WILL RUIN YOUR HAIR FOR IMPORTANT DAYS OF YOUR LIFE...LIKE YOUR WEDDING. My wife called two weeks in advance to make an appointment to do her hair for our wedding day. The woman on the phone MADE AN APPOINTMENT. The woman on the phone read it back to us, confirming we had an appointment for 1 PM on 3-18-2023. Well, the day of our wedding comes, I drop my wife off at her hair appointment here, and when she comes inside with her dad to get her hair done, they tell her they don't make appointments here, that this is a walk-in hair salon only. My wife tells the person at the counter that an appointment was made and confirmed over the phone, and the person at the counter proceeds to tell her rudely to sit down and wait in a 40 MINUTE WAIT. The employees were very rude. I DO NOT RECOMMEND COMING HERE EVER. NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL. NO HELP FIXING A MISTAKE THEY MADE. VERY DISRESPECTFUL EMPLOYEES. I WOULD GIVE ZERO STARS IF I COULD.

This place is perfect for spontaneity. I always lead my reviews with I am a Millennial with no time and money. :D So when I saw Great Clips had an online check-in, I had to check it out and test the system. And it was a great experience. Downloaded the app and checked in to this location. Headed in when it was close to my time. Checked in with ease. It was great to see the list of names on their monitor so you knew exactly where you were in line. I probably waited like 3 minutes in the waiting area and then I was seen by a great stylist. Told the stylist I wanted a simple shoulder-length cut with small layers and that is exactly what I got. I usually don't stray from my style I've had for years. Super happy with my experience and glad to see technology has made my experience looking for a hairstylist simple, easy and quick. I plan to take my boys in next to see how they are with kids. But for this simple mom it was perfect. Service: Haircut
