Reflection Salon

Well... they do a standard job, BUT once my head was in the sink, I was informed there would be an additional $60 charge due to the length of my hair. Since we live in Carmichael and were already there, I agreed, but I wasn't thrilled. She did a standard job on the keratin, but was constantly trying to up-sell me on the services and products after telling me she was taking her daughter shopping later that day. It was a little too much. I don't like to be pressured to buy products when I go into a salon. Especially after I tell the stylist I already have the EXACT product they're trying to sell me and they continue on as if they don't believe me. (Its a 10 keratin leave in) I didn't like the sales pressure or the price increase. It should have been communicated over the phone that longer hair would be a price increase. So I won't be going back. Too far and unprofessional communication.

I would never go here again or recommend this place, Pam is very rude unprofessional and lacks customer service skills. She changes the price from what she quotes you and does a substandard job if that, she treats the people she works with very bad as well, I know this because she does it right in front of clients.

Got a great quality haircut. They know what they are doing and give some great advice. I'm a new repeat customer.
