I went into this hair salon with super healthy and long hair. I had never dyed my hair. I showed a reference picture of the hair cut and color I wanted and thought that since it’s was just a simple solid brown she would not mess it up. The lady who was putting the color started at my roots and then the rest of my hair and it wasn’t until another hairstylist came and told her it was wrong that she washed it off and restarted. I MADE A HUGE MISTAKE coming here. My hair started to turn red/blond by the second day. She also added three layers to my hair when I specifically told her I just wanted a small trim.

Veronica is the only one that knows what she's doing!! I made the mistake to trust someone else and I'm so unsatisfied! The process took about three hours and the results were far from expected; they needed to dye my hair again because the color originally selected was wrong. Adding on, the lady that did most of the work should not be working there! I didn't get her name but her face I'll surely never forget (crazy unprofessional). I'm one of the good clients that hates complaining so I paid and went on my way. It's just so frustrating! My hair cut was just the cherry on top. Never again!

Sandra is a very rude Lady. Not happy with her work ethics. I would not recommend this place. She over chargers some costumers and others she charges less for same work done on hair. You need to be her friend in other to be treated with courtesy. Service: Hairstyling
