I had great experiences here until I found out that Kerrie told another person who is also a client something I mentioned. That is unprofessional. As someone who worked with PT clients, I would never have said something about one client's personal life to another. I will no longer come here because I can't be sure that what I say will stay confidential.
Just went there for a back wax and a Johnson (men’s Brazilian). The service was nice, the atmosphere was friendly, the attendant was very professional, and my “set” hasn’t been this smooth since middle school. 10 out of 10
Great customer service and wonderful people to converse with. They do their best in everything they do. The wax is wonderful and doesn't break out my skin. I love everything about them!
