Great Clips

I read the bad reviews about this place. I thought maybe it won’t be that bad. Well it was the worst! I went in to get a simple hair cut. I asked for a haircut with scissors. Lady got her clippers and went into town with it. She was talking to the other workers and multiple times she stopped cutting my hair and answered her phone calls and text messages. When I was paying she asked me if I was going to leave her a tip. I left her a $10 tip and left with a messed up haircut. Service: Haircut

The people who work here have not been trained well. They need to work on their manners. Workers are rude and highly disrespectful with improper behavior. They never greet the customers and if politely anyone asks anything , they shout back at you. I saw they treated some customers so bad. I almost left crying from the store and will never go back. Will surely ask my family and friends in Eastvale not to go back. Haircuts are not cheap now, we pay for them. They are many Great clips locations around. I am going to send a complaint to their corporate office. Service: Haircut

Horrible every visit. Again checked in shows I never did Have text on phone but they don't care Out of 4 now 1 cutting rest all on break Girl with purple hair talks and talks. JUST WORK.
