i love getting my nails done by @nailsbymeggss! i definitely recommend

I was not happy with my service. I could not communicate with a lack of English speaking manicurists. I walked out with my hands brittle DRY! Lotion was put on my arms but not hands because they were wet with polish, which should have been done beforehand. Also, I had no dryer or fan. I asked for one and the lady argued they do not do that. I walked out upset and did not tip them. I even had to ask to remove some of the sloppy polish on the edge of my nails.

Left without my nails done, never got called out of my waiting chair. They let me sit there waiting for over an hour and never told me they were too busy to see me or to come back later. Person after person came in (5 to be exact) and kept getting seen before I did. I finally addressed the staff and they seemed to care less. When I asked why they didn’t tell me they were too busy, they said they forgot about all of the appointments coming in… then told me to make an appointment next time. Overall, without an appointment don't expect to be seen or even addressed. Very unprofessional and a huge waste of time.
