100000000/10!!!!!! I came for the immersive scalp therapy and it was by far my best decision of the year!!!! By far one of the cutest places I have been to. My experience was so amazing from the cleanliness of the place to the scalp therapy. You even get little slippers when you walk in! She started by examining my scalp and you get to see it close up on a monitor. They then follow up with a treatment specific and unique to what is best for your scalp! There was a neck massage and head massage included as well as a steamer. Everything felt so amazing I literally fell asleep during the head scratches. My scalp came out to be so clean and felt so fresh and rejuvenated! Definitely making this place one of my monthly visits :) Amazing customer service too, you won’t regret checking this place out!

Long story short - I loved this place and would highly recommend. I did the immersive head therapy. If you're someone who loves head scratches, this is literally 1.5 hours of you laying in heaven. What I'd recommend to the business: Add an explanation of what is involved during the treatment when booking online. As someone who is claustrophobic and has trouble breathing, I got really scared when I was put in an enclosed capsule full of steam. I had no idea it was coming because there was an eye mask on. It would've been nice to know so I could ask to omit that part before the treatment started as it disrupted the flow. With that said, let me explain all the beauties of this treatment! You start off by getting your scalp evaluated with a camera that magnifies your head. We were both able to see mild dandruff on me and oiliness. From there she was able to decide what is the best route (I.e shampoos, serums, masks, treatments, etc.) to choose from. You will have to take your shirt off aft

The scalp and hair treatment is truly exceptional. From start to finish, it provides an absolutely delightful experience. The staff has over 20 years of experience, delivers outstanding service. The prices are great, and the work performed is nothing short of amazing. I wholeheartedly recommend this place with a perfect 10/10 rating.
