The atmosphere is very relaxing and I loved the massaging chairs w/massage settings! They have an easy kiosk check-in protocol, which insures you are acknowledged in short order. Everyone in the establishment is friendly and super sweet!! I was fortunate to be worked on by Michelle (mani) and Julie (pedi). They were careful, took there time and did a fabulous job!! My nails were a disaster. I mean a nightmare. Mia was amazing. My cuticles were so overgrown and I had skin tears. MIA was such a perfectionist and went back time and time again to make sure she hadn't missed any skin. She took her time. It was lunchtime and it did not matter to her. I've been across the street to Luvs and this place is where you want to go! The owner is super accommodating there to greet you. Five stars hands down Service: Gel manicures
