I went to Sarah to have an updo done for a wedding and she did an amazing job! I showed her a picture of what I liked and she gave suggestions on how it would work with my hair type. She showed me what she was doing along the way to make sure I liked it and it ended up looking perfect. Can’t recommend her enough

Terrible shopping experience, dirty and sloppy store, baskets had spilled nail polish inside, and all the perfumes locked up smh..welp, I’ll just drive to Pleasanton Ulta

Been here with my wife, this very angry woman,(I think her name was karen) was like screaming at all the employees and being generally rude. Idk if someone took her lunch money or something or she woke up like on the roof or some shiz but she needs to relax pretty bad. Telling employees to move and stuff like their bugs? What is going on? I’m trying to buy mascara for my magic show tonight and I got some Karen manager screaming at everyone like does she even know who I am? I’ll legit dunk on her on the court and there’s not a darn thing she can do about it. Next time I get my makeup get her outta my habby serious this ain’t a game playa.
