My first time here and I have nothing negative to say. This has been the most positive experience I've had since I moved to the area 2 years ago. I have tried out several salons and have been under-whelmed by them all. I love the job Katie did on my nails. She listened to what i wanted and delivered. Absolutely satisfied with this experience!! Nice people, great service, great value.
Made an appointment for 4 Mani/pedis the day before my wedding. Could not be any happier with how my nails came out. I got exactly what I wanted and all the staff were super nice.
This place is hit or miss depending on who you get. My last set the jewels fell off within 24 hours. The next time, it took 2 hours 15 minutes for my fill with French tips. $55. He didn’t understand what i was saying and also didn’t know the proper steps for doing nails. I won’t be doing that again. If you don’t have the training, you should be upfront and discount until you are ready.
