Went in for a shampoo and set. After shampooing my hair the stylist suggested that she blow dry my hair and use a curling iron on it. I told her I like my hair really curly . She said don't worry it will be really curly. So I said ok. Boy was I sorry There was no curls in my hair. It was just a tiny bit wavy. I will never go there again. And I sure wouldn't recommend them either.

I am very disappointed, the lady did a horrible job with my nails. They are all different shape and crooked. She said it’s my fault because I didn’t like the work she did and wanted to change the style because she wasn’t good at doing the style and shape I wanted. I’ve been here a few times before and my nails looked perfect before except today. I am upset and and disappointed in the nail artist.

This is the second time I've used their online reservation system and it's scheduled a person who wasn't working that day or a scheduled a stylist for procedures they're not capable of doing. And of course there's nobody else able to do nails that day.
