Used them for years and now never again. Showed up 15 minutes early for an appointment. When it rolled around the woman came up to us and rudely stated that we arrived at the wrong time, for an appointment that I wrote down. Then we waited for the time she said we actually booked and waited some more and still no service. I wouldn't even be this mad if she had said they had double booked by accident, but she tried to gaslight me into thinking I had misremembered the phone call for the appointment.
Best cut and color I have had since moving from the Bay area. The staff is amazing!
First time experience with this place and I called 2 weeks ago to set up an appointment for only a cut. I got there on time and waited 15 minutes before I walked out. Another client was there getting done and there was no sign of her session being done soon. Only positive was that I was greeted in a friendly matter upon walking in.
