I did not have an appointment but was able to get right in. I explained to the stylist what I wanted, and she did exactly what I wanted. She was very friendly and professional. The shop was very clean. I am very pleased with the service.
Either the website isn’t updated or someone had a good night because there was no one there up until the time I decided to leave. States on the website and on the door it opens at 10:00 Am as well as a paper on the door. Arrived at 9:50 and waited until 10:20 and watched about 8 people come, pull the door, and leave. I’ve used this place before and there’s nothing wrong with the haircuts I’ve gotten.
Called ahead and was given a reserved place in line time. Was taken back to a chair after a small few minutes wait. Stylist truly listened before they started working. Stylist verified multiple times to ensure my satisfaction.
