I believe the gentleman’s name is Diego. I’m sorry if it’s not or if I butchered it. I’m usually very quiet during my hair services because I meditate ????????‍♀️ and use it as a time to let go of energy that no longer serves me as each hair is trimmed. The gentleman provided a very spectacular hair wash and massage. Honestly I think he’s the first person to actually provide a massage with a full wash ????????‍♀️ and not half wash/ rush like most places I have been to. My scalp feels crisp, clean(not dry but clean) and overall what a mom of 3 with multiple jobs needed to relax. I think the service provided was beyond what they charged for so I made sure he was tipped appropriately. I had depression hair for the longest time and I left like a whole new rejuvenated person. Felt respected, like a empress and like I got a great value out of the service provided. I left honestly feeling like a baddie. He resembled Guy Tang in his approach and I’m here for it. The people here are nice, but the lady ruined my hair! I told her and showed her what i wanted. She bleached my hair two times, and it wasnt blended at all. The color was an ugly blonde, and my hair was completely dead. I sent them a message and told them if they can fix it because it was not what I wanted at all and they just left me on read. Horrible customer service, lady kept complaining and rushing. I had to go to another salon to get it fixed. Many people have had the same issues as me. I was going her for 3 yrs and every time i came back they put 5$ more on my bill. At first i thought it was because i was adding more blonde.. But as soon as i would get home to style my hair ot would look exactly identical to how i left the shop. Worse place ever.
