I've been going to Hair Changers for years now too see Chris, and not only is she amazing, everyone else in this business is hands down awesome in terms of skill and personality. Highly recommended.
Yumi is a great hair-cutter and super-helpful and nice. Good with young and old, male and female. Reasonable prices (but not rock-bottom).
