I will never come here again. They are rude make you feel uncomfortable. The service is terrible

First, the manicurist got surprised when I told her I wanted to get my nails trimmed - uuuhh, my nails were obviously so darn long! She sort of insisted for me to get gel manicure. Secondly, when it came to buffing my nails - they we're almost OUT of the supply they use! The nail tech had to search and ask the other nail techs for it! She said they don't use the nail buffer anymore that's why they barely have it, and so she did what she could and of course - my nails didn't get the shiny buff I wanted to have. Thirdly, the manager - Sandy (who used to be my mom's go-to-hairdresser), charged me $19 instead of $14 like what they posted on their wall. She said it's coz I asked to buff my nails! I'm like, it's not even shiny coz you ran out of supply! I even showed her my nails and she insisted that it was "buffed"! Whatever. I just paid their $19 and I left. I still gave $3 tip. I changed my mind on having my deluxe pedi done there. I wouldn't get satisfied anyway - I can already tell! Se

Very poor haircut, I have a long hair, showed her what I want, layered medium cut. Started cutting , no preparation , no shampoo, didn’t even wet my hair. Layered and the layers were not even, very poor. Didn’t even clean my back , no blow dry. Will not go back to that place anymore. Service: Haircut
