I got charged 107.00 plus 20.00 tip from Olivia. I didn't get what I asked for. Keep length long and layer my hair allover. Next color. Olivia clearly wanted it her way. Didn't ask for biology color. But I got one. Very dark. I hated it and Johnthan told me to come in and he would take care of me. He booked me 2 weeks out. That's all he had. So when I came in I was redirected to Olivia. Again lightened uo the bangs but not the back. When I went to leave Olivia said that will be 45.00 more ? So within 2 weeks I've paid with tips 182.00. Why did I get charged more money. Conclusion, still hate my hair. And ignoreing my messages.

Jonathan did an amazing bleach job on me today, taking red out of my hair and getting it close to a uniform color. Fantastic job. My experience with Amanda and Jonathan was great! Both great to talk to, lively and down to earth. Always has great music playing and they even take requests! Jonathan got my balayage color just like I wanted it! I'll be back!
