Susan Ward is great. I have been going to her for over 11 years. She suggested a great color that looked great and made my hair lustrous. She is very thorough and my blowouts last longer when Susan does them. She has never canceled on me and is very reliable and makes herself available. Even when she shampoos my hair, she takes her time and massages my scalp well. My hair always looks great and feels healthier after seeing Susan. Susan does a fantastic job at both color (brunette) and cut! This is a difficult thing to find both skills done very well ????. She really listens to your needs, if you want easy low maintenance hair and color she makes great suggestions to help you achieve great hair but something that is easy to maintain. Nice relaxing environment, friendly people and beautiful courtyard to sit outside. I highly recommend her and the salon! Service: Haircut
