I have been coming here with my family for over 15 years and I can you tell this is the most professional, hygienic, and relaxing nail spa in the county! Of course I have my favorite manicurist now, but I absolutely adore the ladies at Colorful Nails and I appreciate their patience (especially with my elderly grandparents), their ability to accommodate my schedule, and their years of experience! BEWARE! My 90 yr old mother and niece just left this business with the perception that the manicurists were absolutely the rudest women that they have ever had for this service. How dare them treat an elderly woman because she is physically challenged with disrespect. They should not be in the customer service business and we will file a complaint to the Better Business Bureau so this doesn’t happen to someone else.

WARNING… The rudeness and disrespect that was shown to my grandmother yesterday upon arrival at the salon for a pedicure was enough for me to write this review. The manicurist Kelly made a LOUD spectacle of the situation and embarrassed my grandmother based on the fact that she did not want to touch my grandmother’s legs. Her surgery scars from 10 years ago were brought to attention to ALL in the salon. She told her she couldn’t lotion or massage her legs as every other manicurist does monthly. NEVER has my grandmother had this unprofessional experience. Kindness is something this salon knows nothing of. When asking the younger lady checking us out her name she responded saying “ you don’t need my name! What’s your name?” ! I was in absolute shock at how we were treated!!! As we were walking out Kelly got up from the manicure she was doing on another elderly lady and was yelling at us saying my grandmother was rude for asking her to clip her nails!
