This was my first visit to this establishment and I was really looking forward to having a new esthetician close to home. I was impressed with Heavens background in massage therapy as I read in her bio and all the other continued education she has and I booked the Luxe Facial. I was here more so for the pampering aspect, the relaxation of a facial as I explained in our consultation. I was looking forward to having a fabulous face massage with lots of steam and the hand and arm massage with the facial. I don't enjoy leaving these types of reviews but as someone who is in the same industry of massage & wellness, constructive criticism is how we grow. I apologize to heaven for my negative feedback. There was country music playing the whole time, I didn't ask for a music change but I thought it was strange bc it's not relaxing to me. I felt like I was sitting in a coffee shop with the music choice. I wanted to hear soothing sounds so I can drift off to Neverland. So I just started chatting

I’ve been coming to Luna Wellness for a few months now and all I can say is I’m never going anywhere else for my Brazilian waxes. She is truly an expert. She’s quick and makes the process extremely easy and comfortable! 10/10 recommend. Not only that but the studio is soooooooo cute, very clean and aesthetically appealing!! Heaven was informative, patient, and so considerate! This was my first time getting a tan, and I was a little nervous. I’m ethnically brown-skinned so I had no idea what shade I needed to get, what my after-care needed to entail, etc. heaven explained the whole process to me, and best advised me on when to come and get my tan done for max results. I will definitely be using her services again for any special event I attend— she def made me glow from head to toe for my special day.
