Is not Encore nails anymore ????. It's called Wynn nails & spa. They are over price and under staff. The lady working on my nails ???? she forgot a few things to do on my nails because she had other clients who had walked in that she had to attend to and there was a guy helping her and that was it. The seats looked really worn out.
UPDATE: I came back to get one of my nails fixed, the whole nail came off with the dip less than two weeks after I got them done. The girl in charge asked me to pay. I was very upset because I’ve been going to this place for over 3 years and I have NEVER seen them charge anyone for a broken nail. I love this place! My nails came out really nice and the staff is always so nice and accommodating. I felt really safe during COVID, everyone were wearing masks and they had additional dividers in each station.
Had a broken nail and only had a few minutes to get fixed. They took me in on the spot and i was out in 10 mins. Glad i found this place! Great job on my French ombre
