Phillip's Hair Salon

I've had TWO poor experiences with this salon. The first time, the owner burned my aunt's face as he was using a flat iron and he didn't give do anything to make up for that mistake. He charged her full price and just handed her a pack of bandaids for her burn. The second time, he cut my hair and he did not ask me (after he cut the length) if the length was fine or if I would want it shorter. He also cut the back shorter than the front. I went back ten minutes after the appointment and asked for it to be a shorter length and for it to be cut straight (evenly) because I hadn't noticed that he cut it short in the back and long in the front until after I had left. He cut it but as I was about to leave, he stopped me in front of the entrance and started arguing with me in front of the whole salon for 10 minutes. He kept insisting that I was wrong (even though I had picture proof of the previous hair cut) and would not let me leave until I agreed with him that I was wrong. The haircut was f

Perfect Curl! Perfect colored! My hair is shiner then before.???? If you think price is little high you have to know they do care for your hair. I would hate to ruin my hair after cheap chemical products.???? Recommand 200% Excellent hair designers both Philip and Grace.

I have very thin hair and falling out a lot everyday. I tried various products to keep my hair, but unsuccessful though.
