Unprofessional accusatory attitude. Owner putting us at fault for being late when it was their OWN staff that messed up our appointment time -- which I scheduled days before. Owner ended up making my husband wait 1hr 45min to get a 20min cut and blowdry. Wasn't even impressive. I was excited to bring him here for the first time, but it ended up only completely ruining his day and mood. He was ignored on the sideline. No apologies, actually looked indignant that we showed up at what I thought was a "scheduled appt". I had been a return customer for the past 1 year just for the hair designer Jennifer. Sorry to say no more -- dear owner, you can keep your business attitude for other people. Taking our business elsewhere.
They know what they are doing and this is the second time I went there, will be back soon
Ask for Jennifer. She is very sweet and know her stuff! I had a good experience and I love my new cut Definitely coming back.
