DOS: 5/12/2022 Contacted Raven on Facebook to book an appointment for my son for a haircut to be done before his graduation. She asked for my phone number and booked an appt for 5/28/2022 @ 4PM. On 5/28/2022 I messaged her to confirm the appointment and she said she was sorry but she had to reschedule because she had to babysit. I thought, no biggie, and asked if she had anything before graduation. She read my message and left me on read with NO response. RUDE!
I was looking for a new new stylist and decided to try Sola Salon. I did a little research, and booked an appointment on Mar 7th with Janine Manning. She listened to my concerns and asked me questions so she could understand what type of style I wanted. Janine did a fantastic job on my hair I am so very pleased. Thank You Janine
