I came here for 2 wigs. 1 definitely a 100% human hair wig. I was initially greeted by a young girl who looked scared. She got another customer and called for help. Out of the back comes, who I’m at this point assuming it’s Nikki, as she was rather loud. I told her what I was looking for. She immediately went to this wig I thought was cute but the color was too light. I asked if she had a darker color and she got one from the back. Never was I asked to try them on. My mistake. I’m new at wig shopping. I should have asked. She wouldn’t open the boxes until I purchased them. I realized that the one wig was still way too light. I called her and she said to color it myself. I paid over 200.00 for the human hair and 65 for the other. I now think about it and I’m very upset at myself for not being sure what I was actually looking for and Nikki for her poor customer service.

Nikki's wigs are the best they are priced very reasonably and she helps you depending on your situation Don't ever buy wigs online we have the best one here not only she is an expert and will show what will fit you but her wigs are high quality trust me I know I am a cencer survivor
