JCPenney Salon

Do not go to Karina, she charged me so much and did so little to my hair. I am pretty sure she spent most of the 2 hours tangling and untangling my hair (more like pulling it all out)!

This was my second time going to this salon. The first time was great, I had no issues and loved the haircut and service. This time, I arrived for my appointment and had to wait 15 minutes. There was one girl there who was supposed to cut my hair but she seemed surprised that I was booked with her as she had another customer. So this other girl did my hair, she was super nice however she didn't do a good job on my hair at all. I left feeling like I hadn't even gotten my hair done at a salon. She didn't give me the haircut I wanted and barely styled my hair, no products at all . Don't think I will be going back .

My goodness, if I could have the option of a negative amount of stars, I would choose so instead of one. I am so upset with the service I received. I went in to change my hair from a dark blonde to lighter and mind you my hair is not very long but I was there for 5 hours and one of the biggest reasons would be due to the huge lack of attentiveness provided to me from the stylist. I have never before been in the chair while getting styled and had a stylist continue checking her phone to reply to text messages! I am a paying customer for goodness sake and even in my own job I know better than to not pay attention to a customer. That wasn't even the start of it though. The stylist was so full of herself and continued on bragging to me saying she has so many years of experience and had a salon of her own and promised my hair would turn out great because she knows well what she's doing. Well to cut the story short, my hair is nothing at all what I asked to have done and I am very unpleasan
