Great customer service and very pleasant environment. Offers pretty much all salon services. Alpa is awesome
Not only was Alpa rude to my mother in law who didn't speak english, she also had such an attitude the whole time she was there. We booked her for 7 services and she ended up getting an assistant to do most of the services for her, Alpa herself only did 2 services and yelled at my mother in law saying she doesn't have time to do my mother in laws makeup. Therefore she only did 6 services in 4 hours with 2 makeup and hairstylists. I do NOT recommend her at all. Very unprofessional and rude. Also be prepared for surpise charges! She charged us a $60 travel fee before we booked her, the day of the services. she said the travel fee was $120 even though the other makeup artist lives local.
