Walked in now knowing what to expect. I had previously darkened my hair at home after I got tired of my balayage highlights, so when I wanted to lighten it to a chocolate brown color, the team was nervous. Tina was very patient with me and did everything possible to ensure my hair goals came out as close to the picture as possible. And I could not be happier with the results!
