Eyebrow R Us

This is the second time I've come to this place, and they've cut me both times with the threading. The shape up was well done, but how are you going to constantly cut your customers? This is going to permanently scar, and this place needs to address this issue before they end up getting sued.

My daughter and I came here on Sunday 5/9/21 at around 12:30pm to get our eyebrows threaded but they were closed. Because it was Mother’s Day I didn’t think much of it. We saw their business hours and decided to return the next day as she needed her eyebrows done for her quinceñera. I got off work early and returned on Monday 5/10/21 at 5:10pm only for the doors to be locked and to be told by the lady inside to come back the next day. As we were leaving there was another lady who showed up and was told the same thing. The business hours sign on their window stated that they are open on Sunday 11am-3pm and Monday 11am-6pm. This has happened in a few other occasions where they state they were open but when we arrive they are closed. I’ve even called and was told their business hours were from 11am-6pm. I find it unprofessional and will just find someone else to do our brows.

This was my first experience ever getting my eyebrows done. The shop was clean and the staff were very polite and answered all of my questions. There was one person ahead of me, but even so the whole trip only took about 30 minutes. Jordan did an amazing job on me and I highly recommend coming here. The prices are very affordable and I will definitely be coming back.
