I had a wonderful experience at Cutter's! I have heavy, thick, textured hair (the desert is hot ???????? ) and Karen tamed my mane! ????I'm over the moon with my new style an a new me! ???? If you are new to the high desert I highly recommend this place! ????
I had an appointment set up with Karen. I arrived 10 minutes early. I got greeted by an Asian women and said she would notify Karen for me. I took a seat and waited to meet Karen. 15 minutes go by and no one has come up to me to update me on the status of my appointment. Karen could have at least let me know she was busy doing something and that she would get to me soon. I would not recommend this place. I used to like it when Rosa was around.
Hannah did a spectacular job. My hair looks INCREDIBLE thanks to her! She's kind and was considerate throughout the process. I HIGHLY recommend Hannah! ???? ????
