A Cut Above Hair Salon

I have been to the location 3 times. The first 2 were last year and Cindy was great. She had excellent customer service skills and I loved my haircut. My most recent experience 2 weeks ago with a different person was quite opposite. Cindy no longer works there so I will definitely need to find another salon.????

This place sucks!!!! Nail shop mentality where appointments are useless and unheard of. Called made an appointment told the person I'll be there in 20 minutes. I get there and a man is walking in a few steps before me. She takes him sits him down as I'm getting to the door. She the looks at me says oh hi called me right, and begins to cut his hair. I told her then why make me come down if she won't set aside that time. You really get what you pay for here. Rather pay more money and have good customer service and a good cut than here. Never again.
