La Belle Nails

Horrible. Got my nails done after 2 days 3 nails broke. Went back in Evon was supposed to fix them but instead pushed me off to the person who messed my nails up to begin with. I asked EVON if she could check the ladies work before I left, and she told me no. Well 3 days later and 3 nails broke IN THE SAME EXACT SPOT. These nails are so so thin, press ons are thicker. If that explains it better. So Upsetting with how much they cost PLUS tip. And it’s honestly so weird with how they ALL broke at the same spot. I’m a housewife so I don’t do much hard work with my hands. There is absolutely NO APEX to these nails. There is no reason these nails should be broken a week and a couple days later. It has finally happened! I have found my forever nail salon! Yay me! I have been looking for years for that one place that checked off all of my boxes on my wish list and Le Belle Nails has done it! The staff are welcoming, polite, professional and go above and beyond to make sure you are 100% happy with your nails. The salon is clean and every tool was sanitized. I highly recommend checking this place out if you are looking for a forever nail salon!

My experience at this nail salon was extremely disappointing. From the beginning, the service was lacking as the staff treated me rudely and even raised their voices. After my nails were already done, I requested a color change because it didn’t match what I had initially asked for. Instead of addressing my request professionally, they told me they could refund my money, creating an awkward and unnecessary situation. Furthermore, I was informed of an additional $5 charge at the end of the visit, contradicting the information provided on their website, which stated a different price. To make matters worse, the electric nail file used during the procedure caused an injury, which is unacceptable and goes against any safety standards. In summary, my visit to this nail salon was unpleasant and frustrating.
