I’ve been coming to this place for years, probably 5 plus, love Kim and everyone has always been so pleasant until….. I came in with my 4 year old daughter who wanted her nails painted while I had a service done, this isn’t the first time I’ve brought her either. For whatever reason this day way the complete opposite of all my experiences there. My daughter wanted several different colors on her nails, and got a little frustrated at the first color that was being painted. That was enough for Kim to yell at me and my 4 yr old daughter about her being too picky and then refusing all services I wanted done. Yelling at me that I teach her to be picky. It was extremely rude, disrespectful, and unprofessional. There’s a respectful and humane way to refuse service, and I was belittled and talked down to. Unfortunately I’m never coming here again. And to also direct that aggression towards my 4 yr old, completely uncalled for. Hopefully no one else has to experience this kind of interaction.

I've been coming here for over 15 year's. I love it and they always do an awesome job. Kim thank you for always taking care of me, when I come in!!

Dear Business Owner. Today, I visited your establishment for a meni and pedi. However, from the moment I walked in, it was disheartening to witness the lack of acknowledgment or greeting from any of your staff members. Even after taking a seat waiting 10 minutes and politely asking about the waiting time, since I noticed two other customers waiting. I was met with complete silence and a lack of acknowledgment once met with silence. The lack of basic customer service was incredibly disheartening. As a result, I made the decision to leave your salon immediately. It's unfortunate that your team failed to represent your business well on this occasion. I strongly urge you to address these issues promptly in order to prevent future customers from having similar negative experiences. I took my business across the street to Design Nails where I was greeted upon entering and assisted within 5 minutes. Please take this review as constructive feedback. Services: Pedicure, Manicure
