Supercuts

I have had two poor experiences here. After the first one, I gave it another shot but the haircut I received was worst than the first. I asked for a fade, and got nothing even close to a fade. The lady that gave me my cut used a comb and clippers - tried to eyeball my fade and go as fast as possible. The worst part was that I went early morning, so she didn't even have anyone waiting for her to finish. She didn't even cut both of my sideburns (that's right, she forgot one of them). Add to that, after I graciously decided to still tip, she was upset because I tipped $4 on a terrible $28 haircut. Service: Haircut

I've followed my "stylist" Theresa to three different locations and have always come home happy and pleased for what she has done. Today she followed exactly the changes I wanted and I'm tremendously pleased!! 5 Stars to Super Cuts and my favorite operator Theresa!!

Update: Valentino no longer works here. My go to hair dresser for root touch ups is Vicky. She pays attention to detail and is very neat. The dye is applied thoroughly and gently. Occasionally she forgets to protect my hairline with vaseline, so I just give her a quick reminder and she has no problems obliging me. Usually the amount of errant dye that makes it onto my face and/or ears is minimal yet she still takes the time to scrub it all off so that I never leave the salon with dye on my face/ears. I've found that to be a rare quality in a hair dresser. ‐------‐------------------------------------- Got my gray roots colored by Valentino due to a frozen shoulder. Valentino was super fast and efficient and a pleasure to talk to. The only issue (and the 4 stars) was that he was just a bit too fast getting dye to my hair and accidentally dropped a glob of it on my smock and unfortunately the color transferred to my shirt.
