Castle Nail Salon - Aliso Viejo

I have been going here for 6.5 years and will not go anywhere else. Hannah does an outstanding job on my pedicure - never had anyone like her.

I recently moved to Aliso Viejo and I’ve been looking for a nail salon that I can feel comfortable going to regularly. The service at Castle Nail Salon was AMAZING. I needed a last minute appointment and they accepted me right away. I’m sure all the nail technicians there are amazing but Lily did my pedicure and Melissa did my nails (dip). Lily was so gentle and really took her time to make sure my feet and toes looked amazing. Melissa was so sweet and made my nails look exactly how I wanted them to look. On top of the excellent customer service, the environment is so relaxing! I can’t say enough wonderful things about this nail salon and I’m excited I found my nail spot! Highly recommend!

I had dip nails and gel toes done. Kim was awesome and did a great job on my dip nails. My Gel pedicure however is another story. I paid $70 or $75 for my pedicure. 1. Acetone was left on my toes for less than a minute to remove the old gel polish, thus having to grind my natural nail to get the old gel off. 2. My nail color has bubbles on one toe, is uneven, I have polish on my skin, and overall it looks bad enough that my friend asked if I had decided to do my own pedicure. 3. The scrub was slapped on the front of my leg, not worked in at all and promptly removed by putting my feet in the water basin. 4. The massage was so soft that I could hardly feel it. 5. The callus remover machine was used for less than 30 seconds on each foot. The salon is so dark, I did not see my toes until I got home and my friend commented that they look like I did the pedicure myself, and not well!! I guess it’s all about the nail tech you get, but I am extremely unhappy with a waste of $70. And I even tip
