Nancy is skillful. I didn't make an appointment; but she didn't make me wait. I will definitely make an appointment next time because she is a very busy person. This is California and I was expecting to pay more but it was the other way around. I think she should increase the fee for a men's hair cut. ...good quality hair cut and inexpensive...!
