Very happy experience! Kathy is very friendly, caring, gentle,and professional! The whole process is so smooth and well organized. The environment is quite and super clean inside. It’s worth the drive from Hayward to Alameda. Will definitely come back!
Nice place with an upscale yet accessible vibe. The complimentary drink doesn't hurt either. My only knock would be the lack of a massage chair but the one you get with a pedicure/ manicure was very good
It was my first time at Nailbar and Kathy was wonderful! It was my first pedicure in awhile so decided to treat myself to the Lavender Pedicure. Kathy did a thorough job with cleaning and taking care of my feet. The extra time of the massage was much needed! The shop is good size, clean and currently it’s appointment only which is a plus in my book since she sees one customer at a time. I appreciate the quiet time given. She doesn’t have the typical massage chairs found in a nail shop. The chairs are comfy sitting chairs. Definitely will be coming back.
