My Son and I came in for a haircut and had the best experience. Highly recommend Marlene, she is a master of her craft. My Son isn't the easiest to give a haircut, always squirming and afraid of the trimmers. Marlene was able to put him at ease right away and had the cut done in 5 minutes or less, all time record. When it was my turn, she took an extra second to examine my colics and understand exactly what I was looking for. She took her time and gave me the best cut I've ever had. 10 out of 10! Will definitely be going back.

I took my kids to this SuperCuts for the first time in years to get them haircuts. The girl who cut my daughters hair was very nice and cut my daughters hair exactly how she wanted it, using a picture as an example. The girl who cut my son’s hair is the reason why I won’t be going back. Every single time I take my son for a haircut I show the stylist a picture of what he wants and they just cut it how the picture looks. He usually gets a long on the top and short on the sides cut/style, pretty basic stuff. I did the same this time with this hair dresser but I was asked what tools I wanted her to use and what number clippers to use which I told her I have no idea, that I was always just show a picture as an example and they just cut his hair to make it look like the picture. For whatever reason this upset her and she copped a huge attitude with me. She kept asking me which tools and clipper numbers she wanted me to use over and over because she “didn’t know either”, then after going bac

I needed help with a botched hair treatment from another salon, and Alaysiah listened carefully, came up with a plan, and worked with my hair with patience and kindness. I appreciated her unhurried attention, even though there was quite a few clients waiting their turn. It’s this kind of service that will keep me returning! Thank you Alaysiah!
