Initial service was good; then I came in 4 days later after my nail completely lifted and the tech refused to fix it ! She had no time and I told her I didn’t mind waiting , I just need to get it fixed and she became so rude and unprofessional. Rolled her eyes at me and told me to come back tomorrow. NEVER AGAIN! quick to take the money but not fix their mistakes . I don’t recommend coming to this place if you are seeking quality work and good customer service ! Zero stars if I could . I was so embarrassed and felt so shamed being treated this way in front of the customers that were there. Service: Acrylic nails

Customer service is great but my nails started all lifting after a week. I called the salon and she said that is normal for their clients to need a fill as soon as a week. I've went to other nail salons and mine can usually last up to two weeks. I don't have time to get fills weekly perhaps they are using a cheaper quality of products.

I'm 40 and have never had a pedicure done. Recently hurt my lower back, so off I went. Very nice location and the atmosphere was great. Staff was very friendly. Jenny did my tootsies un aware it was my first time. I was glancing at the lady next to me getting hers done, just as well but wow did Jenny make me feel comfortable and results were perfect. Definitely going back.
