I booked with Dawn because of all the glowing reviews here. I wish I could say I had the same great experience. As soon as she was done cutting my hair, she herself started pointing out a couple of flaws but said after she did my hair for the second time, she would know better. Except when I got home, I found more flaws. When we were done, she also mentioned she was going to be able to get somewhere on time. So perhaps she was just hurrying. But, for me, I have to wait a few months for my hair to grow out now and be able to get a good cut.

My regular barber (of more than 25 years) was out with an extended illness, and Dawn at the SmartStyle Hair Salon was recommended to me by my wife, whose hair Dawn has cut. Dawn is a real professional, and asks the questions, and takes the time to determine what her client's wants and needs are in getting the haircut they want. I got my second haircut from Dawn yesterday. Both haircuts were outstanding and professional, and looked good! Can highly recommend Dawn for both male and female haircuts. She takes the time, and asks the questions to get it right!

the older lady with the short blonde hair worked on my hair. I didn't get her name. I asked for layers she sat me down had my bend over put my hair in a backwards ponytail brushing extremely hard and chopped for a good 5 seconds. she then said I was done. she didn't measure my layers she didn't check if both sides were good she just sent me on my way and said I was done while laughing. I was not in the salon longer than 5 minutes and charged me for a full haircut. I'm in disbelief the company allows this. completely unacceptable now I need to get my hair corrected at another salon and I'm going to be walking around with a messed up haircut. I was in the salon around early 4pm in case the cameras need to be checked. This is not okay at all. Service: Hairstyling
