Great customer service and very profssional. At first I was a bit sceptical of trying microblading but a good friend of mine recommended Marvella since she had amazing result and was very happy with her results. So I went in for my free consultation and Marvella was very professional and friendly. She took the time to first draw in my brows to show me what the shape would look like and also explained in detail what the process would be for the end results. For my type of skin it took very well on the second touch up. The first time still looked like it needed a bit more work but she explained how that is what the touch is for. So I waited patiently for my touch up. I got my touch about 6 weeks after and they turned out beautifully. They look very symmetrical and she did a great job at matching the best color for my skin tone. Marvella also did a great job at fixing my issue with my uneven shape. I'm so glad I finally don't have to draw in my eyebrows anymore and I'm loving all the com
